1. The explosion-proof type of the lamp is gas explosion-proof "n" type or dust explosion-proof type, suitable for lighting in gas or dust explosion hazardous places.

2. The lamp consists of a light source cavity, an electrical cavity, a radiator, etc., and is hermetically designed.

3. Special-purpose LED driver, stable performance, safe and reliable.

4. The lamp housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy. Polyester powder coating on the surface of the lamp housing.

5. The lamp is equipped with rubber gasket, which has good sealing performance and reliable protection performance.

6. The lamp has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, high luminous efficiency, soft light and durability.

8. This series of lamps has three shapes of low power, medium power and high power. The lamp is light distributed with wide beam and suitable for low and medium shed lighting. The low-power lamps are equipped with a polycarbonate (PC) milky white translucent cover, and the medium-power and high-power lamps are equipped with a polycarbonate colorless, fully transparent translucent cover.

Lamps are installed for pipe hanging and are suitable for pipe hanging type, suction wall type, guardrail pole type and flange pole type installation, and can also be used for street lamp pole installation. In addition to the installation of the pole type and the street light pole, the installation port of the lamp is usually equipped with wires to facilitate the installation of the lamp, and the explosion-proof protection performance of the lamp is not affected due to improper installation by the user.

10. The power of 80W and below can be equipped with an explosion-proof word power supply device. When the power supply network suddenly fails and the normal lighting stops, the lamp can automatically switch to the emergency lighting state in an instant. Emergency time 30, 60 minutes or 90 minutes is optional.

11. This lamp is suitable for LED light source which has the advantages of long service life, high luminous efficiency, good color rendering and good shock resistance, and is maintenance-free for a long time. The lamp can be used in a strong vibration environment after shock-proof treatment (If the user has anti-shock requirements, it should be stated when ordering).

II. Scope of application

The lamp can be safely and reliably used in the general lighting or emergency lighting of indoor and outdoor sites in zone 2 of class II explosive gas or vapor environment where its temperature group is T1 ~ T6 or zone 21 & 22 which contain flammable dust, in which the lowest ignition temperature of a certain thickness of dust layer is higher than specified.
