I. Product features

1. The explosion-proof type of the light is gas explosion-proof composite type or dust explosion-proof type, suitable for lighting in gas or dust explosion hazardous places.

2. The light consists of a radiator, an external LED driver and milky white diffuser. The housing of the radiator and LED driver is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, and the milky white diffuser is made of polycarbonate (PC).

3. The external LED driver is encapsulated by resin, it has a wide range of voltage, constant current output, stable performance, complete protection functions, and is safe and reliable use.

4. According to the structure, the light is divided into suspended type (type I)which is suitable for suspended mounted, wall suction mounted and ceiling mounted and side entry type (type II, no type II at 60W and above) which is suitable for pole mounted.

5. The light is equipped with hemispherical lampshade and cambered lampshade for users to choose. The luminous flux of spherical lampshade can reach 11% which eliminates the dark area of the ceiling and can bring a visually bright experience. The cambered lampshade is with wide beam light distribution which is suitable for low and medium shed lighting.

6. The large-area finned radiator has a significant heat dissipation effect, effectively reducing the LED junction temperature and extending the life of the light source.

7. The outer surface of the light is sprayed with polyester powder.

8. The light conforms to the dust explosion-proof housing protection structure. Lights of type I include non-replaceable drive power input cables (length 500mm, users need to specify the length if they have special requirements).

9. The light has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, good corrosion resistance, high luminous efficiency, safe and reliable use and durability.

10. The lights of 80W and below can be equipped with an explosion-proof power supply device. When the power supply network suddenly fails and the normal lighting stops, the light can automatically switch to the emergency lighting state in an instant. Emergency time of 30, 60 minutes or 90 minutes are optional.

11. This light uses LED light source which has the advantages of energy saving, long service life, high luminous efficiency, good vibration resistance, maintenance-free for long-term use.

II. Scope of application

The light can be used in the general lighting or emergency lighting of indoor and outdoor dangerous sites in zone 2 of class II explosive gas or vapor environment where its temperature group is T1 ~ T6 or zone 21 & 22 which contain flammable dust, in which the lowest ignition temperature of a certain thickness of dust layer is higher than specified.
