1. The explosion-proof type of the lamp is gas explosion-proof composite type or dust explosion-proof type, which is suitable for lighting in gas or dust explosion hazardous places.

2. The luminaire consists of an explosion-proof electrical cavity, an increased-energy light source cavity and a wiring cavity, and is hermetically designed.

3. The lamp housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy. The electrical cavity contains electric devices such as ballasts and wiring terminals, and the wiring compartment contains user terminals.

4. There is a specular reflector inside the light source cavity, and the outer surface of the lamp is sprayed with polyester powder.

5. High luminous efficiency, wide illumination range, soft light and durable.

6. The lamp is equipped with a rubber gasket, which has reliable sealing and good protection performance.

7. The lamp is novel in appearance, elegant in appearance, convenient in installation and maintenance, and suitable for low-bay lighting.

8. The shape of the lamp is divided into A type and D type. Type A is suitable for pipe hanger mounting, ceiling mounting and suction wall mounting. Type D is suitable for guardrail pole installation and flange pole installation (see installation diagram). In addition to the pole-mounted installation, the A-type lamps are usually equipped with wires to be installed at the factory to facilitate user installation, and to avoid the explosion-proof and protective performance of the lamps due to improper installation. The luminaire is suitable for rubber sheathed flexible cable entry.

9. The luminaire can be equipped with an explosion-proof emergency power supply device. When the power supply network suddenly fails and the normal illumination stops, the luminaire can automatically switch to the emergency lighting state in an instant. The emergency time is optional for 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

10. This luminaire is suitable for external electromagnetic induction light source. The light source has the advantages of long service life, high luminous efficiency, soft light, good shock resistance, and long-term maintenance-free operation. If the luminaire is shock-proof, it can be used in a strong vibration environment (if the user has anti-shock requirements, it should be stated when ordering).

Application

Applicable to IIA, IIB, IIC containing explosive gas or steam environment, the temperature group is T1 ~ T4 in the indoor and outdoor hazardous areas or flammable dust environment, the minimum ignition temperature of the dust layer is higher than the specified General lighting or emergency lighting in Zones 21 and 22 required.
